A great companian book to Eat Right For Your Type. I've only had the book a few days, but the recipes tried have been very good and the book is well organized and helpful in planning blood type specific meals, which is the point. To understand the theory, as well as to find the references in the scientific literature that support the theory, read Eat Right for Your Type.

I have had this book for over a year. I have loaned it to quite a few people. All have found it to be very interesting. I encourage everyone to read this book from cover to cover, only skipping the blood type that is not theirs. The beginning of the book helps you to understand the concept, and validates the author and his research and conclusions. Other books of this type can't compare. I have found this type of diet to be easy to follow. After reading and understanding the concept, I realized that some of the foods to avoid do actually bother me in the digestion process. I have actually developed a dislike for some of the foods that I should avoid. The benefits are wonderful.
